Plans for whats next for skateboard wizard

The plan for what's next for skateboard wizard is that we want to slightly change the rune crafting, a simple manual trick for when skating on the ground, more in depth and on the rails tutorial, probably a slight change to gaining spells and more levels/spells and actual content.

Rune crafting

We want to change rune crafting to building one large rune. Rune crafting currently is only able to be done via boardflips and boardgrab tricks making grinds, killing enemies and gaining high combos not a priority. This change will mean that when doing any tricks or doing something 'cool' it will add to the rune crafting. How it should work will be that anything 'cool' will boost a blank rune increasing it's size, doing a trick with a coloured rune will boost the rune and change the colour of the rune if it's blank or colour a part of the rune if there already is a colour. The colour of the rune is still going to give better chances of gaining spells of the same colour. Might also have parts of the ground or grinds that have a colour painted on them which will give you that colour if a manual or grind is on it.

Manual trick

Gaining runes/spells while in these areas currently has only one way to do so which is jumping and then performing a board flip or board grab. Adding a manual trick that will allow the player to trick while still moving forward at full speed and grounded. It will also allow the player to continue combos after completing some tricks previously and the player is waiting for more grinds or longer airtime.

Tutorial

Currently the tutorial is a slight guide on how to play and just has text for what keys to press only for keyboard. We want to change it to adapt to controllers to show whatever button/key it is set too and to make the tutorial more hand holding so that players understand the controls. We want to basically pause the game and maybe zoom into the player until they press the keys in the right order. We believe one of the hardest parts of the game is understanding the controls and want players to understand the controls as best as possible before getting into the game.
